I had a lovely family stay at Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy, but there were some ups and downs. The room was spacious with great amenities, and the staff were friendly, especially the team at the Breeze Bar. However, the airport shuttle service is no longer available, and the renovations affected my breakfast experience. Overall, it was an enjoyable trip, but some improvements are needed.
